Our priority today is offering to every person on board transparent and secure services.
We have adapted our on-board services on the basis of current regulations regarding the containment of the spread of COVID-19.
Specifically, our sanification and hygenic protocols became more rigid and precise. Boats are carefully clean between services.
Moreover at the time of booking, we will ask you a few more questions about the composition of the group, and on board there will be some rules to respect, differently from what happened before the pandemic. We do this for the protection of all guests and skippers.
During the booking you will be informed of all the details relating to the required behaviors, including first of all, the need to be equipped with personal protective mask. These must be worn when it is not possible to maintain a safe distance of one meter with the skipper or with other guests (in the case of Sharing services).
Specific indications will be provided at the time of booking, to accompany you in the check-in phase and in other particular moments of your day at sea, such as during Food & Beverage service.
As for the cancellation policies, a full refund is always provided in the event that the service cannot be used due to specific restrictions relating to the pandemic.
